From day one she went behind our back in meeting with candidate same day without consulting us. And after candidate signed a different contract with different client Optometrist still contacted her after explaining to Optometrist that our clients respect our business and do not meet our candidates by themselves by phoning our candidates current employment to set up meetings. After all the changes a few weeks after World Careers has just been informed that the optometrist Linda finalized a new offer and candidate started working today Therefore this specific Optometry franchise have their own Head office and own candidates that's being sourced and they do not want to work with Recruiters.
