insurance was not included :/

I was at the promenade branch and this was the very first time i had glasses after waiting 4 weeks, when i went in to find out where the glasses were , it was in stores however nobody called me to say that it was in store anyway the consultant that gave everything to me on the day had me leave the store but then had to call me back 15 min later only to find out i never signed a paper that he should have given me , I could have been on my way home already. What makes it worst he never once spoke to me or thought of mentioning about having insurance on the glasses if it were to break ,lost or ******..with this being my first time purchasing glasses i never knew i could have insurance included. 3 months down the line i swear i moved house and missed placed my glasses and now i have to pay over R500 to get a new pair and this is almost a year later with my eye sight probably being worst because i constantly sit in front of a PC all day.
