Inferior products @ high prices

Completely dissatisfied with the quality of products sold. I have purchased a Police frame a year ago and it just broke in my hands. I understand there may be a 100 valid reasons for glasses breaking but for it to split down the middle by me simple cleaning it with a microfibre cloth is just unacceptable. Prior to purchasing a frame from spec-savers I purchased a Prada frame from ZA Khan optometry and I still have the frame in excellent condition. My Police frame is still in good condition except for the split. It is absolutely ridiculous to be paying such high prices for the inferior quality you offer.
