Incorrect script for contact lenses/ spectacles

‘Sal’ the owner of Specsavers Kloof Street told me that “it wasn’t so bad” after I returned to advise that my teenage daughter had suffered such bad headaches that she was referred to an ophthalmic surgeon, who tested her vision and discovered that she had been provided with an incorrect script, hence the headaches. I returned with the box of contact lenses purchased from Specsavers Kloof Street, of which there was only one pair left. ‘Sal’ refused to replace the box, remained unapologetic and said that the difference “wasn’t that bad”. Appalling, to say the least. I subsequently discovered that my spectacles, also from Specsavers Kloof Street, were the incorrect script too. What kind of optometrist is this? No accountability or apology.
