Incorrect Script
Absolutely appalling service received from Spec-Savers. I received the incorrect script, almost three weeks ago, and have not received the correct batch since I reported it the following day. I even sent an e-mail to the Head Office....which was just as fruitless. It really shows how much they care about customer service. I cannot recommend them to anyone!
