Incorrect lenses

Eye test was donelast year May 2015. Glasses prescribed for office and driving. I was asked if I wanted to have the lenses tinted. I agreed to have them tinted. I paid the full amount on receipt of my glasses nearly 3 weeks after. 2 months after I I was in the mall and the technician asked why I wasn't wearing my glasses. I told him that I was unable to see more that 5m ahead of me clearly and he said that I had to bring my glasses back. Unfortunately I was sent to Cape Town for 6 months and was unable to take my glasses back. Upon returning I went back on the 21st February 2015 to the store and my eyes was retested. The regular optometrist wasn't in and a locum did the test.What a shock to be told that the lenses that was prescribed was to strong for my eyes and the glasses is only meant to be used for office use and not driving. I asked them to get the optometrist to phone me regarding the glasses when she returned on the Monday. Never happened..called by Brett on Wednesday 25th Feb and was asked if I was going to pay on medical aid for the new lenses..shocked I said no as the lenses was incorrect.
