Incorrect lens

I have been to spec savers almost a month ago and I got my glasses went in to fetch them i fiited the sun glasses and it was fine when i put on my normal specs it felt wired i knew something was not right i told the lady it does not feel right she told me wear it get used to it and you will be fine I then took it in after a week of not being able to wear it they tested it and found out the incorrect lens were fitted and all they said was sorry i gave it in last week friday and today they get back to me saying the glasses will not be ready by tomorrow and i am going away on holiday how do i see or drive without these glasses and i dont wear contact lens i have never wore them so the lady says sorry she cant do anything its the LAB so what do I asked for the number for the lab they wont give me so i will know better never go to spec savers you dont save they just waste time should have been name time wasters spec
