Incorect Lenses

On the 12 July I had my eyes tested for a pair of Reading/Computer Spectacles. I went to collect them today and when I tried them on, I knew immediately that they were wrong. I told the Lady that they were incorrect 3 times and she responded by saying to me that they are correct. I really do not know how she is able to see through my eyes????. I had a pair of Reading/Computer spectacles made in December 2017 and they are 100% correct. I needed this pair as a back up in case I lost/broke the pair I had done in December. I have tested the pair I received today and my vision with them is blurred and I have a throbbing headache when I take them off. When I told the Lady today that they were incorrect she told me that I have to bring the reading/computer material closer to my eyes. Now I have never heard of such ******* in my whole life. I am extremely disappointed. I want them corrected quickly!!!!!!!! I am quite sure that I will damage my eye sight if I have to wear these glasses. ????
