Inconvenient

I am a client of specsavers @ Newcastle corner, yesterday I went for my appointment as scheduled, the reception was not welcoming nor very efficient. I arrived earlier in order to select a frame beforehand, none of the frames I looked at on their Website was available. In passing I made a comment that Execuspecs in the Newcastle Mall had a wide variety better than specsavers. The receptionist said I may go choose a frame there and then it will be sent over to specsavers. Fortunately I was going to the mall, I chose frame and the lady there said nothing further. After lodging a complaint to customer care, specsavers calls me back and said they e-mailed the quote. I accepted the quote and told the lady I would go ib at 14h00 to make payment and she said it was fine. Then the lady from Execuspecs phoned me and said I have two options. If I wish to pay today 18/12/2024 then I must go all the way to the mall (against my will) or I can go to specsavers Newcastle corner tomorrow (19/12/24) to pay and take measurements of my eyes for my spectacles. Not one person ever mentioned that I must measure my eyes and so on. It's very inconvenient for me AND I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF SPECSAVERS OR EXECUSPECS IN NEWCASTLE AGAIN
