Inconvenienced

I've had terrible experiences with the delivery of my contact lenses.

4 occurrences since 2024 , where my contact lenses were not delivered on time, wrongfully captured or forgotten to be captured for delivery.

I plan accordingly with the dates stipulated and I am always utterly disappointed and inconvenienced by this terrible service. I've had to relocate without my contact lenses and travel back JHB- Rosebank to collect them.
