***********, useless customer service I've ever received in my entire life!!!

I ordered a set of contact lenses from Spec-Savers in the Parow Centre. Long story short, the incorrect order was placed.

On the 28th of February I phoned them to inform them of the mistake that took place as my medical aid savings account is basically zero.

After many a phone calls (including today) they tell me there's nothing they can do on their side to expedite the matter. As apparently according to this person, it's "my" medical aid that's the issue.

I can't collect my contact lenses because they have to wait for the reversal to go through first.

Never in my life have I dealt with such *********** people.

Talk about being useless..
