Inappropriate deception
Inappropriate deceit rendered by Specsavers at reds mall. Booked a appointment in Jan 2024 for a 12 year old was told it's free for them at that age. The earliest appointment was for last week we attended. Beware consumers this is not free for 12 years old it's actually a ****. Specsavers produced an invoice for thousands of rands both me and partner that's divorced were in quarrel only to realise that Specsavers in reds mall are deceiving clients with false marketing lbeware consumers. Before my appointment for 12 year old kid we received a email and a call from Specsavers to acknowledge card payment or medical aid. To my surprise have enlightened Specsavers they told parents 12 year olds is free however the doctor Tiaan refused and Vinesh provided an invoice for thousands have discussed with my partner we provided medical aid details for the 12 year old which was exhausted. Have requested the eye test results to check if they passing the buck to forward to Specsavers head office to enquire the unknown sudden payment whereby were informed for 12 years old no charge.
