In times of need
I have been with spec- savers Bayside for over 10 years.
I am currently unemployed and can't see without my contact lenses and I don't have money for glasses. I thought I would see if they could just help me out with a trial and I just got a phone call from them saying they can't help me sorry!
Besides being furious with there **** attitude over the phone I cant believe that people just couldn't care less if someone else was in need. It took a lot for me to send the email to Specsavers in the first place just to be told sorry can't help you.
Well spec savers my days of doing business with you people are over!
