Impeccable customer service
I would like to commend Maria from Westgate Roodepoort SpecSavers for her assistance. I visited the optometrist for a consultation and the medical aid claim was not captured properly by the consultant who had assisted me initially. This dragged for about a month with the Specsvers Branch and the medical aid going back and forth until Maria stepped in and assisted. I would like to thank her for impeccable customer service as well as subject matter knowledge ito claims.
