Impatience
I went to Specsavers a few weeks ago and I bought an eye test. The optometrist who tested my eyes was a young female with blond hair. When I struggled to see properly she got very angry and she became extremely rude towards me even to the point of barking orders at me and telling me to sit in a certain way. The gener service at Specsavers has never been good and I felt extremely hurt and angry about this treatment!!! Unfortunately I can't remember the woman's name.
