I was truly disappointed with Tatenda for wasting my time...

I had made an online booking for my eye test with Spec savers boulders and it was confirmed via email and whatsapp test. My appointment was for 31st Oct 2025, I even received a courtesy call the morning of my appointment to confirm if I was still coming, from a lady called Tatenda. When I arrived to my surprise I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was informed. All what the lady did was to defend herself that she had contacted me and wouldn't have moved my appointment without my knowledge, which was the case. Why would I take time off work and go to a postponed appointment. I had to force her to apologize, when she realized that she had contacted a different client instead of me. I was truly disappointed with Tatenda for wasting my time...
