I made an appointment on 10 June 2024 at Spec Savers, Parow Centre, Cape Town, Western Cape for an eye appointment I came there and i was assisted and did the eye test saw the dokter When it came to check how much I must pay The sales lady looked on the computer and saw I do not have funds available on my Medical Aid for new glasses Now i must pay for the eye test Why didnt she checked when i came there Now i must pay for something im not going to use My funds on my Medical Aid will only be available in December 2024 And the cost of living is expensive
