I am still waiting for feedback

I called the glen to enquire about a frame I saw online and was promised a feedback ...I'm still waiting. Then went to the branch at the glen spoke to some lady there who said she will contact me the next day . I am still waiting . I needed them to order a frame for me . Seems like they not willing to help . all I wanted was to purchase a frame .
