Horrible service, more than a month and still waiting.....

<p>I went to get my eyes tested about more than a month ago. </p> <p>I was going to purchase glasses from them but had to wait to get paid. And the glasses would only be made once I paid in full. So I paid for only my eye test and decided I'd come back and pay for the glasses when I got paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days past and I decided to not take the glasses as I found a place I could afford immediately.</p> <p>So I emailed specsavers to request a copy of my eye test results. There was no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days later a gentleman called me from specsavers to ask if I still wanted to glasses and when I would be able to pay. I explained to him that I was not taking them anymore and that I did send them an email for my eye test results. He then said he'd check the emails and will email me my results.</p> <p> </p> <p>Few weeks past still waiting for my results, so I called them and asked if they could email me my results. The man took my details and still no luck. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do they realise that I need my eye test to get my glasses. Like I paid in full for my eye test, which was not cheap might I add. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am truly a patient person but when it gets to a point where I can not accept this as its to do with my health. </p> <p> </p>
