Horrible service
Dear Complaints team,
I am utterly appalled at the service Specsavers in Zevenwacht offered. I had previously complained directly to Specsavers due to the disrespectful staff member.They had to reverse a payment of R900 and instead allowed my medical aid fund to do R1900.
Why can they not call the medical fund centre? I had to do it, their sloppy work. This is utter nonsense.
I will never recommend anyone to go to Specsavers because of this is the quality of service which causes stress then its definitely not worth it!
