Horrible Service
I changed my mom's spectacles with spec savers Butterworth last month already same date and no one ever told us that they are ready up until we called asking over a month ..When she got there to fetch them no one was willing to help she sat there until they felt like helping her I'm talking of a 77 year old person I mean really what a horrible service...
