Horrible service and cheap glasses

Their glasses are poor quality and break regardless of how much you pay for them. I just ordered glasses from them for a third time and a month has passed and they are still not ready. I have headaches because I need to see and my glasses are old, but specsavers can’t even tell me when they will be ready. I will never order glasses from specsavers again. They are overpriced and ugly.

I will rather go to specs for Africa and the likes.
