Horrible service a wonderpark

I bought a R2000 Hugo Boss frame for my spectacles, within two months the one lens completely fallen out; mind you, I wear the pair once in a blue moon. Last week I noticed that the lens was popping out and took it back to the store, I was told some story about the frame not being correctly bent. They put the lens back in and took down my details and told me they call me the following day (Thursday) so the manage tell me the way forward since the lens keeps falling out; I am still waiting for that call. I can’t wear my glasses freely out of fear that the lens might fall out of a R2000 Hugo Boss frame.
