Horrible Customer Service

I went to Spec-Savers Alberton New Market for an eye test on Monday(10/06/2024) and Caroline was assisting me. I pointed out that I will bring my frame back once I find my old glasses as I needed new lens. Today was back at the store to drop the frame and Caroline asked me to sit down she will assist me shortly as she was busy with another customer. When she was done and the customer left, another customer came in for the test and she assisted them and totally ignored me as if I'm not in the store. Despite her colleagues pointing out that I'm there to drop a frame and I arrived she just ignored them as well. I waited almost 45munites just to drop off a frame? I went out of the store and never setting my foot in there. Terrible Service coverall I want to give it a no star.... Below zero rating
