HOME TRY ON FRAMES DIMENSIONS NOT DISPLAYING ON WEBSITE
I usually use the home try on facility to choose my frame. I have reported to you on the 25 September 2025 that the website is not showing the dimensions of the frames. Today is the 3 October and it is still not fixed. You have charged me for the eye test and now I can’t choose my frame. This is resulting in delays in getting my new spectacles and inconvenience. Why must it take you so long to fix this ? Disappointing!!!
