Hear We Go Again!

Once again, Spec Savers Cape Gate Audiology Dept - you have exceeded my expectations!

Something had gone wrong with my left hearing aid - it appeared the receiver had blown or just somehow malfunctioned.

I notified Akira Harribarran as soon as possible & she suggested to bring it in & have it looked - thank goodness it is still under warrantee. I had it dropped 1st February 2023 & made it known that my daughter would be going into surgery 22nd February 2023 & I was so so worried about having to struggle to communicate with doctors & nurses (this has been a major struggle since this is not the first time she needed surgery & my eldest had also been in hospital before - struggling to hear instructions/doctor's reports = NIGHTMARE)

Akira managed to put urgency on it & luckily, the urgency fee could be subtracted from my loyalty points! (saving money? YES!!)

Just 1 week & a day later, my left hearing aid was repaired & they serviced both hearing aids while at it!

I don't know all the ladies' names at Spec Savers Cape Gate, but I'd like to express my gratitude to each one for assisting in getting my hearing aid to my audiologist & having it returned to me neatly & efficiently.
