Great service from Lauren Longbeach Mall!

<p>I would like to extend my gratitude to Lauren at Spec savers Longbeach for going the extra mile and helping me with a situation that my own optometrist was not ready to assist with.</p> <p>I'm wearing Toric lenses which only comes in pairs, I however only have just one lense because I chipped it's partner so I'm stuck wearing specs at the moment. I called my optometrist only for the receptionist to to tell me 'no they cannot help sorry" (without telling me she'll have a chat with the specialist).</p> <p>I then called Specsavers thinking that they would probably not be able to assist as I've been a customer a good few years back and I got my lenses somewhere else-but it was worth a try, this is where Lauren comes in! :)</p> <p>She told me she can assist (yippeeeee)! she ordered a lense and kept me updated with the process as well, she did not once tell me that she won't be able to assist because I'm not a customer of theirs, she really gave me good service with a very warm attitude.</p> <p>Please share this mail with her and make sure her manager knows what a gem she is :)</p> <p>Thanks Specsavers!</p>
