Great service at Spec Saver Harbour Bay Mall Simonstown

I am very happy with the service at Spec Savers at Harbour Bay Mall in Simonstown. On a Saturday they close at 2pm and I phoned to see if my contact lenses had been delivered. A lovely woman named Lauren told me that they had been delivered. I told her I would only be able to get there at 2:15pm. She said that it was not a problem, she'll wait until I get there. I got my contacts and was very grateful for their service, going out of their way to satisfy a customer.
