Great service

Last week I went in to the Spec Saver in St Georges Mall for my eye test and Spectacles. I was really impressed with the standard of service I received. The Optometrist, Daniel, was very warm and friendly and explained everything he was doing. He gave me sound advice about my eyes and his wonderful assistant Rochelle helped me to pick a suitable frame and was very patient as I could not make up my mind. She went the extra mile to go through different frames until I was happy. <br> When i returned to collect my specs today, she remembered my name (which made me feel like a valued customer) and my frame and once again reassured me that I had made a good selection. She was very friendly and professional, which is rare these days. <br> <br> Overall a great experience and a pleasure to deal with this particular Spec Savers and I will certainly use them in future.<br> <br> Thank you for having a great attitude, giving great service and an overall great experience!! <br> <br>
