Great customer service - Specsavers Beacon Bay

Late last week, while getting into my car at Retail Park, Beacon Bay, East London, my spectacles came undone. I drove across the parking lot to the Specsavers to ask if they could assist. The next morning I got a call to say my spectacles were ready for collection, and they did not charge for the repair. I'm thankful for the great customer service from the moment I stepped into the branch. Friendly and efficient.
