Good Service
For SpecSavers Springs Mall.
So I had a complaint before, however the complaint was addressed and all issues we resolved. Exceptions we made and I finally got my glasses without any hustle.
Please keep it up guys. I don't have a reason to quit using SpecSavers due to the level of response I received after I have complained.
It will be nice to have such a service before any complaints.
