GOING BEYOND
After an initially poor experience and poor customer service Spec-Savers Eastgate redeemed themselves. I got a call from the new manager Praneal who invited me to come in and discuss the matter. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to do more than what I expected. This store will go from strength to strength with him at the helm. Thank you.
