Going above and beyond

I went to Spec Savers Kolonnade on Saturday 11 April 2015 to get a new frame for my glasses as the frame I had broke. Josiah took the time to assist with finding a frame which was no easy feat given the shape and thickness of my lenses. He was friendly, very helpful and had a lot of patience in choosing the right frame and correctly cutting the glass of the lenses to fit the new frame.<br> <br> It is not often that one gets to compliment someone on a good job well done and it is really nice to be able to do so. Well done Josiah. Keep up the excellent work. A lot of people in the service industry could learn a thing or two from you.
