Glasses late and no answer on where they are

Quoted delivery time for glasses on "promotion" has come and gone with no product appearing. Store also very reluctant to do medical aid. Had to pay cash and claim. Still waiting for my call back as promised to tell me where the glasses are. Store La Lucia mall KZN.
