Glasses I can't use

Worst service ever. Got my glasses made at spec savers Dlamini Junction Soweto and a month I went back to complain that the glasses hurt my eyes when I use the and since stopped using them. I was told the Dr is not in on that day but I will get a call so that I can see the Dr. To date I'm still waiting next thing I will be told that I took long to bring the glasses back. I have been using space savers for a long time for glasses and this is the worst service ever.
