Genuine and Proffesional employees

Hi

My name is Israel Fini. I had an eye test done at the St George Mall Branch, Cape Town. I wish to formally thank the staff for their professionalism. The service was efficient and there was a certain positive flow to the whole process. The chats I had was original and not pretentious. The lady knew exatly what I was looking for and also knew what will suit my face.

She kept asking if I'm okay with my choice and clearly she was too. I was informed throughout the process and knew exactly what I will have to pay and what my medical aid would cover.

Some would say that its their job, but we are human and I just feel they should be thank as it felt genuine for me.
