Front desk ladies

When I walked into Specsavers last week, one of the ladies was sleeping with her head in her hands and the other lady didn't bother to look up from her phone to greet me. While I was giving one lady my details, the other lady was rude towards an elderly woman that had come in with a simple query about the plastic nose pieces on her glasses.

After my appointment when I was trying on frames, the lady who was "helping" me was blatantly impatient, and every time I picked up a set of frames she let out a huge sigh and rolled her eyes. I went in today to check if my glasses had arrived, and once again the front desk lady barely bothered to look at me. Honestly the least welcoming attitude I've experienced in a Specsavers
