From Bad to good!

I had to get new glasses done and opted to go to Specs savers,Musgrave. My interaction with the initial consultant was anything but good, I was actually prepared to leave the store and then was assisted by a kind,warm and extremely friendly and knowledgeable consultant.Her name is Kate, she was so patient with me, trying out the frames and answering all my questions, so much so that I continued with the consultation and got my new glasses from that store.Thank you,Kate for your excellent customer service, your kindness and patience did not go unnoticed.You are truly an asset to the store.
