From Bad to alot Better

From a bad experience at Specsavers Tygervalley to somewhat better experience. After waiting 2 weeks for my new specs, the specsavers consultant got my frame wrong. But the lady that assisted me afterwards (Aliyah) gave me the option of choosing another pair. I decided to keep the frame because i needed my specs. The service i received from her was very much appreciated. Thanks to her, i will be back to that branch.
