Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for the friendly, genuine, polite and professional service I have received here for years.

I am a return customer and have just recently picked up my latest corrective multi-focal glasses (I think this is my 4th renewal with them, done about every 2 years?).

Always fast, friendly, clean store, the nicest people who are straightforward and share wisdom and insight - even if it's something as unusual as asking an honest opinion (not a marketing agent's opinion), they are absolutely brilliant and helpful.

I wish I could name each and every one who has been there over the years, including the new staff who have joined - each and every one of them has, in my personal encounters, been an exemplary representative of Spec Savers and world class service.

I know I'm not an easy customer, but I want them to know, it is so much more appreciated than anyone may ever realize.
