Free sunglasses se foot

Sunglasses free is a **** - I was at the Westgate store on 04/12/2021, my glasses add up to almost R13 000, if you do not take the free sunglasses, then they deduct R500 from the account even though the frames cost R999 alone, if you do take the sunglasses and your script is high then you need to pay in an additional R1000 - how does this assist the customer? I have been going to Specsavers for more than 20 years but need to look for another optometrist going forward - very nice way to **** customers
