Free service

Good day

I write to you with a heavy heart disappointment shame for the service I received from the lady I spoke to from there. I think she's an optometrist there.

I made a booking for the free service as per her and I was given end of March if not the 1st April. When I went there then I was told it has been changed to 30th April fine I didn't have a problem with that.

Now yesterday 28/04/2026 I went there to check if my date is still the same. To my shock the gentleman in front told me that my kids need to come before 12:00 I told him I won't be able to do that as they are at school, so he told me to wait for the optometrist to speak with her.

I waited yho I waited then the lady came with an attitude telling me therea nothing she can do if I can't make it for 12 or before that then I can live it as it is a free service after all why can't I just pay for my kids, and for a free service they can cancel it anytime. I was very disappointed I mean why must it be me who is inconvenienced here whereas the date was changed before and still I can't be serviced. The other lady who works there told me the free service has been canceled for the whole year.

Why advertise this service if this is how we are going to be treated cos at the end of the day, we are going to pay when the kid is 13 years.

I have decided to take my kids to Execuspecs shame, Specsavers in Metlife Mall good luck.
