Free gift bag

<p>I purchased the summer special from Specsavers Canal Walk, I have been told there was a free bag/gift included.</p> <p> </p> <p>On collection, I was not given one of these bags entitled to me. (<strong>NOR was i given a plastic bag to put my specs in. I did some shopping and had to carry 2 cases of specs and an A4 quotation around)</strong> They told me there is no stock and that i should collect from a different specsavers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Going to a differnet specsavers and I was told that they cannot give this as each store had an allocation of gifts. </p> <p> </p> <p>All i want is my free bag so i can see Specsavers again in the next 2years. Now i have to call continuously and drive there. I was Not even be offered a call back when there is stock. I doubt they even know that I did not get a bag. </p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to drive to Canal walk only to be disapointed. I would like email confirmation that i can collect a bag elsewhere near to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pinelands/Mitchells plain will do for me please. </p> <p> </p> <p>Date of specs colection: 27 Jan 2017</p> <p> </p>
