Forever grateful!!! Amazing Service!!!

Ive always had issues when it came to the renewal of my specs every 2 years, however, this year i honestly experienced the most amazing service. My optometrist at Mall of Africa, Monica Naicker is truly the most talented, caring and thorough person ive ever met! She did not rush my appointment, she ensured that i was comfortable and took my opinions into consideration. She was super encouraging and supportive as i tried on contact lenses for the first time! So beyond patient and calm at all times! Not only am i now able to put on and take off my contact lenses with ease, but my prescription glasses feel amazing as well!!! For the first time ever, no strain or discomfort! I am honestly super impressed as well as thankful for Monica.
