Forcing 3rd party advertising in order to have your eyes tested.

I made an appointment online. one day prior to the appointment I was asked via WhatsApp to confirm the appointment, which takes you to their website. I was unable to confirm my appointment without consenting to accepting 3rd party advertising. I contacted the help centre and they did not even try to assist with an alternative. I actually had to cancel the booking because I refused to accept the terms.
