Faulty trials, broke in my eye

I visited Spec Savers Mall of the South last week, did my eye test, was given trials by the optometrist and today, the contact lens just tore in my eye, with a little piece being stuck at the back of my eye, I also have very bad eyesight and cannot work without my contact lenses, I phoned the practice as soon as they opened but they have told me they are busy and will let me know if they have extra trails when they have a chance, I could also here irritation in the person's voice because I am asking questions, this is unacceptable, I am really struggling due to faulty lenses given to me by the practice, if there is any damage to my eye I will be holding specsavers liable
