Faulty spectacles
I am not happy with Specsavers Mimosa for the service I received from them. After a month of calls begging for my spectacles to be made, I found out they're erroneous and the features I paid for were not included. I am not happy with this back and forth, it's both time consuming and draining. I won't recommend Specsavers to anyone, I regret trusting you with my money.
