Faulty glasses poor service

I got glasses at the Specs-savers branch in Stoneridge t start with the lady who helped me was unfriendly and impatient. When I found the pair I liked it fit perfectly but when I went to collect it the glasses where lose. The lady told me that they just needed to be adjusted because glasses need not fit too tight. For the last couple of months I've been stuck with a pair of glasses that I need to go into a Spec-savers stores to adjust every couple of weeks in order to be able to wear them. I've been a Specs-savers customer for years but I think their quality and service has become questionable. You can not let a customer walk out of the door with a product you know is not suitable and lie about what is wrong with it when you can for-see them having problems with the product in the future.
