Fantastic service and wonderful eye doc!

Awesome experience in one of your Nelspruit branches today. The one at Riverside Mall. I drove 120km up to Nelspruit (didn’t know I needed new glasses so I didn't book an appointment) thought a polish could sort mine out but they were too damaged. Your receptionist told me you were fully booked for the day. I asked her to pretty please squeeze me in as I had come so far. Her and the eye doc did tell me there was a spot that a client had not showed up to yet, and was already 10 mins late so they would squeeze me in quick - I had an eye test, got a free pair of frames with my new lenses and all done in less then 20mins!!! Friendly, professional and wonderful people! I will never go anywhere else again! Im very impressed and grateful about the service I got in this store today! (P.s - got my old glasses at R4300.00 - 18 months ago. These worked me out almost half the price!!! Well done Spec Savers Riverside Mall - I will recommend you to everyone I can!
