Fantastic and mind blowing service!!

i would like to give a HUGE compliment to the service quality i received from Evan and manager at the centurion mall specsavers (lower level) store.

i arrived at the store to purchase my new set of rudy project prescription glasses. after a small hiccup, i was greeted by Evan who 4 years ago still remembered me. the level of service i received from this store was absolutely mind blowing as i was not expecting to be recognized after so long. ater purchasing the glasses i had a small request to have the glasses before a date (given) which was roughly 5 days.

i received a call 2 days later to be told i can collect my new glasses.

Evan, you really know how to treat your clients, i just wish we had more people like you in gauteng, many thanks.
